Shipping Information

We ship our products within Germany and the European Union.

Orders are processed within approximately 1-3 business days after payment has been received.

 

Shipping Costs

Germany: 4,99 € per order
European Union: 9,99 € per order

All applicable shipping costs are displayed clearly during checkout before the order is completed.

 

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time within Germany: 2–4 business days
Estimated delivery time within the EU: 2–8 business days

Delivery does not take place on Sundays or public holidays. Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance may occur and are beyond our control.

 

Shipping Provider

Shipments are carried out by standard parcel service providers.

 

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number, if available.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at shop@graphicdispatch.com.

We will review the issue with the shipping provider and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
