    Scope

    These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store Graphic Dispatch.

    Conclusion of Contract

    The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

    By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we accept your order via order confirmation email.

     

    Products

    All items are produced in limited quantities. Permanent availability is not guaranteed.

    Minor variations in color between screen display and physical product may occur due to technical reasons.


    Prices and Payment

    All prices include applicable statutory VAT.

    Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.


    Delivery

    Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

    Any delivery times stated in the online shop are estimates and apply unless otherwise expressly agreed.


    Retention of Title

    Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.


    Right of Withdrawal

    The statutory right of withdrawal applies. Information regarding the allocation of return shipping costs can be found in the separate withdrawal policy.

     

    Liability

    We shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

    In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), our liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Essential contractual obligations are those obligations whose fulfilment is necessary for the proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance the customer may regularly rely.

    Any further liability for damages is excluded.

    The limitations of liability shall also apply in favour of our legal representatives and vicarious agents.

    Liability under mandatory statutory provisions, in particular under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz), shall remain unaffected.

     

    Governing Law

    The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

    If the customer is a consumer and has their habitual residence in another country, the application of mandatory statutory provisions of that country shall remain unaffected.
